Short version: 7-day money-back guarantee on any paid plan, no questions asked. After that, cancel anytime to stop future charges — but the current period isn't refunded.
Free trial
The 7-day free trial requires no card. There is nothing to refund because nothing is charged. If you don't choose a plan when the trial ends, your account moves to a read-only state — your data stays, but you'll need to subscribe to keep using the app.
Paid plans
All paid plans (Founding 100, Monthly, Annual) include a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first charge. If you decide it's not for you within those 7 days, email support@4thplacefitness.com and we'll refund the full amount, no questions asked.
After 7 days from your first charge, refunds are at our discretion. We're reasonable people — if something is genuinely broken, if you were charged in error, or if you have a real hardship, write us and we'll figure it out.
How to cancel
Open the app → Settings → Billing → Cancel. One tap. No retention scripts, no "are you sure" mazes. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How refunds work
Refunds are processed by Stripe and credited back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
Founding 100 — fine print
Founding 100 members lock in the founding price for the lifetime of their continuous subscription. If you cancel and resubscribe later, you pay whatever the current price is at that time — the founding rate is gone. Refunds during the 7-day window do not forfeit your Founding seat if you resubscribe before the 100 cap fills.
Annual subscriptions
Annual plans get the same 7-day money-back window from the date of the annual charge. After day 7, the annual subscription is non-refundable for that year, but you can cancel to prevent next year's renewal.
